Shipping Policy

Next Day Shipping

  • All purchases made today will be immediately shipped out tomorrow regardless if it is a working day or weekend.
  • JELITA WARDROBE understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.


Free Shipping

  • JELITA WARDROBE offers free shipping on all orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions .
  • Only for certain items have an extra charge RM 3 for the shipping to Sabah and Sarawak ( East Malaysia). Please take note at the DETAIL part of items to be ordered.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • JELITA WARDROBE will send out a payment confirmation email with the shipping address stated in the email.
  • Any incorrect shipping addresses can be changed by clicking on the My Account link in the mentioned email.
  • Shipping addresses can be changed before your products are packed by JELITA WARDROBE.
  • JELITA WARDROBE is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect shipping addres

Return Policy

At JELITA WARDROBE, your satisfaction is very important to us. if there are defects in the good received, you can return your order to us. (Returned products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). 

With JELITA WARDROBE's 10 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. 
 

  • You can return your purchase within 10 days from the date of purchase
  • Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging
  • Email your intent for a product return to jelitawardrobehq@gmail.com. Please include picture of the defective product.
  • Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.
  • Defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products are not qualified for a return and refund
  • Colour of products may differ slightly due to lighting or monitor and are not qualified for a return and refund
